The Always There Automotive team of mechanics in Geelong is still reeling after scoring a big win in the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce’s annual awards.
Always There Automotive won the VACC’s Best Mechanical Light Vehicle – Regional Large Business award for 2018, receiving the prize during a glittering ceremony at the Crown Palladium Melbourne on Saturday night.
To say we’re thrilled would be the understatement of the century. Our team is absolutely stoked and it feels great knowing that all of our hard work is being recognised by the industry. We’ve got to admit there were a few sore heads amongst team members on Sunday morning but, hey, it was a small price to pay for such a great result.
We weren’t the only Geelong business sharing the stage during the awards night, with Drive Safe Service Centre in North Geelong taking out the award for small businesses. A big congratulations to the Drive Safe team – well deserved and it was fantastic to see Geelong so well represented.
The VACC’s awards prove the high standard and quality of the workshops and mechanics in Geelong and the city should be proud of its businesses’ achievements.
