Recently my car was not turning on and I thought that it might be the battery but I was also told if could be the alternator. So I bought a battery and even paid for fitting in supercheap auto. But since my car is. Citroen and they couldn’t directly get the battery out they directed me to this other place nearby to get it fitted (by a mechanic). They refunded the fitting money. I went to this mechanic (which I will not name) and they said $75 just for fitting the battery in, for labour. I had just paid $189 for a battery and another $75 was just not something that was in my budget. So I called around and finally found this place. Always there automotive Ashmore. I called and the lady who picked up said, it would be max $40 depending on how hard it is to get to the battery. Understandable. I went. They looked after me as soon as I got there. Fixed it up. Told me what was wrong within 10 minutes, and I was not even charged!! How good is that. They were so helpful, kind and truly understanding of my situation. It’s the local family owned businesses that are always looking out for you. Just like the name. Always there. To help. Ahaha. Anyways. That’s all. I had to share my experience. Definitely worth taking your car there if you have any troubles!
