Have been using Always There Automotive for the last three years. Originally at their Grovedale Workshop, when I had big trouble with a Mazda BT-50, that had contaminated fuel. The workshop manager there and the workers provided excellent service and guidance getting my vehicle back on the road and enabling me to claim the repair on my insurance.
I also have a VW Caddywagon. To be different I had this vehicle serviced at their Anglesea workshop. I found the servicing here also to be of a high standard and excellent quality.
I have been using Alway There Ocean Grove not long after they established their workshop in Ocean Grove. Both vehicles have been serviced here. I have found staff to be super friendly and helpful, always willing to discuss and provide any advice on any issues relating to my vehicles. I have no problems recommending Always There to anyone considering using their services.

It may take a few days or even a week to get booked in but it will be the best choice you make. They are thorough and reasonably priced and always do a great job. Highly recommend.

Found out I needed brakes done, and in a hurry, the guys were fantastic. Sourced the parts, and did the work in short time and had me back on the road working. It was plain to see that they were busy, but knowing my car was my job, they made the extra effort to sort it out, so very happy. My wife and I will be using them from now on.
Great service. They sorted out a problem on the day I called for $40! Most cost-effective engagement with a mechanic I have ever had. Hannah is amazing on customer service.
