Honestly can't go wrong with Always There Automotive. Received the best customer service before and after my car service. They go through your report and explain things in detail which helps out a lot. Pricing is reasonable and the team members are friendly and respectful.

Would not hesitate to highly recommend Always There Automotive LARA. My car went in for starter motor and ended up needing more repairs. I have dealt with Jo and Max and you couldn’t ask for 2 nicer people. Polite, respectful and helpful. Max will explain absolutely everything they are doing or trying to do and do it at as cheap as possible. I was never left wondering what was happening regarding repairs as I was kept up to date and It has always been done as quickly as humanly possible without jeopardising quality.
Had 2 vehicles services at Torquay. Customer service was excellent! Didn't feel like I was getting conned which is not always the case when getting vehicles serviced. Price was fair and details provided on results of services was very thorough. Will be back.

4.30pm on a Friday and I have no break lights on the car, drive into Always there and without hesitation im told to take a seat and they will fix it straight up. 10 mins later out im driving working lights, amazing customer service, a good laugh and a quality job done. Highly recommend. They will get all of our vehicles from now on. Thank you.
