What can we say - wow - service that is absolutely second to none. Having cycled through mechanics for the last 12-15 years never having one that we’ve found that we’re comfortable being our ‘regular’ these guys have been a breath of fresh air.
Wife’s car in getting service - my car playing up (just our luck!) and the absolute champions at ATA drove her car to us and diagnosed an issue so we could get home at 430 in the afternoon.
Goes without saying - our family cars and my business’ cars will always be serviced here and will definitely be making sure our families come here with theirs aswell.
These guys know how to look after their customers better than anyone as well as their cars (which is a bonus).
Can’t thank this team enough for their efforts, above and beyond - have definitely got customers for life here now

Have been using Always There Automotive for the last three years. Originally at their Grovedale Workshop, when I had big trouble with a Mazda BT-50, that had contaminated fuel. The workshop manager there and the workers provided excellent service and guidance getting my vehicle back on the road and enabling me to claim the repair on my insurance.
I also have a VW Caddywagon. To be different I had this vehicle serviced at their Anglesea workshop. I found the servicing here also to be of a high standard and excellent quality.
I have been using Alway There Ocean Grove not long after they established their workshop in Ocean Grove. Both vehicles have been serviced here. I have found staff to be super friendly and helpful, always willing to discuss and provide any advice on any issues relating to my vehicles. I have no problems recommending Always There to anyone considering using their services.
